The episode was titled "The Jess Maccabee Story", with Andy Devine as Mr. Maccabee.
Even in black & white film, she had beautiful eyes.

On find a grave it states that she had no children. And yet she did have a son and a daughter. Her grave marker states that she was a mother.

CBS should have used her a lot more. Green Acres, Beverley Hillbillies,
Gomer Pyle. She would have fit right in as a leading character. Why
not Gunsmoke? She was young enough for Newly O'Brien. Petticoat
Junction would have been a good fit too. Those executives at CBS just
did not wear the thinking caps.

I am amazed at the talent of lesser known actors-- always terrific acting. Take for example THE SHOPLIFTER episode when Barn is dressed up as a mannequin watching potential shoplifters. An elderly man( smoking a pipe) ambles by in front of Barney--- I laugh as hard at the older gentleman as I laugh at Barns reaction!!

If I’m not mistaken she was on a color episode of tags as well. She had a small part in “Aunt Bea the Juror” as a waitress.
